Seared Yellowfin Tuna with Horseradish Sauce
To Prepare Yellowfin Tuna Steaks, rub with Kitchen Bouquet
Browning Sauce, sprinkle with Sea Salt, Fresh Ground Black Pepper, and Fresh
Lemon Juice. Brush with Olive or Vegetable Oil. These are best
grilled, or you can pan-sear them. Tuna will dry out if overcooked,
so on the grill or in a pan, over high heat, sear just 2-3 minutes per side.
Tuna is best eaten rare or at least still pink inside.
Horseradish Sauce
4 T Mayonnaise
4 T Sour Cream
2 T Horseradish (more or less to taste)
Juice of 1/2 Fresh Lemon
1/2 t White Pepper
Pinch of Salt (to taste)
Combine and chill. Serve with seared tuna.
